Adding to this, you can access your schedules from your phone and you can invite people to your events by sending emails or via Google Calendar.
Sharing My schedule
Google Calendar was useful to share my events and schedules with my group members, so they can know when I will be free to do the group work together. In addition, by sharing our schedules we were able to confirm a time for having a meetings to organize our tasks and divide them between us.
